Reports the version of the Jawk that is running.

This is the single source of truth behind every version Jawk hands out: jawk -V on the command line, and ScriptEngineFactory.getEngineVersion() for JSR 223 hosts. Embedders can call it directly to stamp their own logs and diagnostics with the Jawk they loaded.

the version string, such as 7.2.00, or unknown when no build metadata is available
